Wooo! I really need to post more often.
Got back from MFF a few hours ago. Not going to try and do some big con-report thing since I don't tend to do much to warrant one, but it was a fun vacation anyway. :p Vacation itself started Monday before MFF, where I just sat around home all day. XD Tuesday afternoon

kilroyfirelizrd came over, and we crammed my stuff in his car and headed to Merrilville to hang out for a couple days. Wandered around the mall where I got an airbrush shirt done *though it took a couple days to actually get it* and got food and fun stuff. Bought a game for my DS and he found one about dragons that I now need to get my own copy of later.

Thursday we headed out to the MFF hotel. Not a lot to do but take care of registration and mingle with people while eating cake and checking out my Sponsor goodies. The next couple days were spent hanging out with Kilroy and Kharivas. Blew $100 on one of the vendors and got a little art done. Watched Uncle Kage's story hour and got to go to the Sponsor brunch, which was AWESOME! They had blueberries and raspberries and chocolate chip pancakes with chocolate shavings to sprinkle on top *though they started getting melty cause some dork put the bowl of chocolate shavings on the hotplate with the pancakes -_-* and bacon and pumpkin ravioli, and I didn't get one myself but they had made-to-order omelet stations where you could have them put in any of several things into your omelet.

I got to pet all kinds of animals I'd normally never get to touch, like a kinkajou, a Lynx, a Fennec Fox, a skunk, and most awesome of all a real live alligator. That was AWESOME! He was so calm, too, even with all the people around talking and taking pictures and touching him. He barely moved, to the point some people thought he was fake at first. XD

Vacation didn't last long enough, damn it. I have to go back to work tomorrow, and I am NOT looking forward to it. I wish I had some form of talent that would let me make money from home and not have to go to a job I don't like. Making money off my photography or something would kick so much ass, but I'd need a much more expensive camera first to have a chance, as my current one still gets blurry images too often due to my unsteady hands. I'd have to buy a camera with a fast enough capture that motion/shaking doesn't have much effect on the quality of the image. I'd also need one that knows how to fucking focus where I tell it to. Mine annoys me so much a lot of the time for not focusing on what I want it to. Squirrel in the tree? Doesn't matter if I try Macro settings on or off, it will focus on branches around the squirrel instead of the squirrel itself.

Any furs wanna go on Leno and set him straight, since this seems to be the week for furs going onto media outlets to talk about the fandom? He was talking to somebody, wasn't paying attention to who, and she was talking of her daughter wanting to wear costumes of some characters from something. The conversation led to something about "furbies" and Leno saying that those are people who dress in animal suits and have various consensual relations with each other. -_- I like Leno, but I hope he doesn't do anything like that again.

*sigh* And of course google searches are doing me much good, but it seems it's not a very good thing. Why the hell am I having so many problems with my poor computer? T_T

It's official, my cat is a jackass. XD
My boy is such a little jackass. We've found a type of ball in the past that he LOVES, but he always loses them somewhere. Mom found some more and has given him one for now, and he's been playing with it a lot since he got it a couple days ago. Just a little while ago, he dragged the thing from the living room downstairs, up here to the bathroom. He hopped into the tub with it and started batting it around the tub. I grabbed my camera to get a little video of him playing in the tub with the ball, so of course before I can come out of my room with the powered-on camera he takes his ball and hops out of the tub, heading back downstairs with it.

A little later I head downstairs to grab some more dinner, and decided to use the downstairs bathroom while I was at it. As soon as I get into the bathroom to do my business, what do I hear but the sounds of Artemis batting his ball around in the upstairs bathroom again. XD Little jerk waited until I couldn't possibly get to the camera easily, and went back up to be cute and play with his toy. He does that ALL THE TIME!! I think he has a 6th sense for when I'm getting my camera, even if I don't say a word about it before hand. He ALWAYS stops being cute as soon as I get the camera.

Was counting my change out of boredom. Been saving all my change in my pickle jar, and just counted it out of boredom. I don't count pennies as that would take way too damn long, but out of all the nickles, dimes, and quarters I have, I currently have $55.55 in change waiting to be cashed in for vacation. *lol* I think that is awesome.

Damn it!
Was watching a show on TV, and it turned out to be the first of two parts. But, the second part doesn't seem to be playing any time soon, so I'm trying to watch it online, and everyone has to make it such a damn pain in the ass! I've already seen part one, I only want to watch part two, but every place I can find that has the episode available for viewing has both parts together, and so far I haven't found a site that will let me skip ahead so I don't have to watch the first half over again. I just want to see what happens in this episode, damn it! Does it really have to be so hard to find the part I want, instead of a two hour fricken movie?

I wish the vampire bullshit would die already! Apparently there is some new show coming out in fall that's all about damned vampires. Why are people so facinated with those things? If vampires were real *and I don't count all those freaks who can't separate fantasy from reality* they would not be as sexy as they're made out to be in movies and stuff anymore.

I'm playing Lunar Eternal Blue complete, and it is fucking hilarious! In the game, you can get items that let characters cast magic spells they normally wouldn't be able to cast, and each character has their own little saying for each element that can be cast. Two of them have made me fall over from the lulz so far. XD One character, named Lemina, sings "Fly like an eagle!" when you have her cast a wind spell, and a guy called Ronfar says "Fire is sooooo pretty!" when he casts fire magic. The way they both say them is funny as hell. XD If you ever get a chance to play the games, I suggest playing and giving those characters those particular crests just to hear them say the magic names. Hehe.

Laglaglaglaglag.
Guh! Firefox is suddenly lagging horribly for me! I can't make it stop. :( I've restarted FireFox AND my computer, and it still lags. Every 30 seconds or so, everything kinda freezes up and takes about 15 to get caught up. It's annoying as fuck. I've tried closing a few tabs, as I do have a LOT of them open, and I've tried closing some other programs, but no luck.

I miss my personas.
FireFox had an add-on called Personas. It was an easy way to make "skins" for FireFox that were easy to change out. But, apparently the site that ran the add on is not working, because I can't get any of my favorite skins to load. Now I'm stuck with the boring, and kinda bright, tan-ish color that is on the default. I want my pretty Celestial back, or the FireFlies. I'm not even sure how long it's been gone. I only happened to notice today that it hasn't been working, but thinking about it I think it's been down for a lot longer. I liked the nice, darker stuff better. Easier on my eyes.

Anyone happen to know if there's a similar add on that's still working?

They were talking on the news about that story of four women who assaulted a man who was sleeping with three of them *the fourth woman was the sister of one of the other girls*. One of the women is accused of sexual assault on the man for using an object on him, and she gets out on $100 bail? I REALLY hope I misunderstood that, and it's the other women that got out and she's still in prison. Doesn't matter if it was a woman assaulting a man, if she's accused of sexual assault she shouldn't get out so easily.

Oh God, does that mean he's a furry?
Apparently at some point in his life *missed what year it was* Simon Cowell, the jackass judge from American Idol and a few other shows, created a blue canine alter-ego and recorded a "song" of him barking. He had a fursuit and everything. It's creepy to think Simon was ever a furry.

Why do I keep losing shit?
I can't find anything I want anymore. I misplaced this nifty thing I got last time Kilroy came to visit that holds DS games. Finally found that last night, several days after I needed it. I can't find my little personal trimmer thing, again. You know, those things they show on TV that trim facial hair or bikini areas or whatever without leaving razor bumps? I have two of those and now I can't find either one. >_< I can't find my WalkFits, which I also got last time Kilroy was here. I want to try them in my new work shoes but I can't find the damn things now.

And I've lost my TV remote. I JUST HAD IT LAST NIGHT!!!! I know I used it yesterday because I used it while I played my game and watched movies, but i can't for the life of me find the damn thing now. Couldn't find it this morning when I woke up and still can't find it now after work. It's getting really annoying. I know my room is messy, but damn it I should not have lost something I use every damn day! T_T

Playing SuperPoke Pets. Going through some of my friends so I can earn a few coins for stuff, and noticed someone has their pet announcing to everyone that she's 2cm dilated. -_- Going to have a baby soon and the first thing she thinks of is to get on SPP and let everyone know?

So, those of you that I talk to over IM have probably noticed I've been AWOL lately. Ummmm, sorry about that. :p I've been in kind of a blah mood for awhile, and usually when I get like that I don't want to talk to anyone, or only very specific people, and so I get quiet to everyone else. Nothing against anyone I haven't been talking to. I'm just strange like this. I also found a cheap copy of a game I've been wanting to play for ages, and bought it while I could. I figure I can treat myself just a little this month since I get three paychecks. :p So, I'll probably be playing the game most of the time I'm not working or sleeping for the next several days. Maybe by the time I beat the game/get bored with it for now, I'll be out of my blah mood and more willing to hop on IM and talk to folks again.

Sooooooo, yeah. Sorry I've been anti-social lately. Not a whole lot I can do. I won't be much fun to talk to if I'm not in the mood to talk and I can't really do anything to change my mood but wait it out. *needs to get more images to use as mood icons, because that's not a very good "blah" image down there*

Fake stand-up commercials.
Why have these become to popular lately? Most are women attempting to make jokes about periods for Midol commercials, but there was just one for Sonic of a lady talking about her insomnia and how when she's up late she can go get food at Sonic and go to sleep happy and crap. Problem is they aren't in the slightest bit funny. If they're going to use stand-up in commercials they should make sure the people are somewhat amusing.

The Today Show has canceled whatever they had planned for their show today, to turn the entire damn thing into some big, stupid ass tribute to Micheal Jackson. Apparently they aren't going to focus on their Lend a Hand Today segment, but will show it all on Monday instead. Any stories they had planned have been done away with, any guests they had planned put on the back burner, all because some freak who had hit music died. Why are they not doing this for Farrah Fawcett? Why do I not remember them doing this when Bea Arthur died recently? Or for Ed McMahon? Why is Jackson so special that everyone else can kiss off so they can talk about his freak self all day?

Are we supposed to care?
I'm watching Princess Diaries 2. It's a decent movie and nothing else is on. But, there's a stupid clock in the upper right corner counting down to some stupid ass sounding show called "Princess Protection Program". It comes on in 23 hours and 44 minutes, but I don't give a damn. Make the clock go away! I want to watch this movie in peace.

For the last few days, certain things don't seem to want to work on my computer. TV Guide doesn't want to show the channels or what is on, and I really wanted to get the name of a comedian that was on last night so I can look up if he has a DVD out or not. But, since it won't show listings I can't do that. Also the Bumper Stickers application on MySpace doesn't want to work, either. I can see the recently popular ones on my home page, but when I click to view them nothing shows up. I can't figure out why they won't work. :(
